Chicken Curry!

Big News! Since I am no longer a teenager, I figured it would be appropriate to do an adult-like activity today. I cooked a chicken breast! 1. Defrost 2. Cook 3. Brown Now to you, that may not seem to be an adult-ish/exciting activity but since I moved out, I have been terrified about eating uncooked chicken. Now as a 20 year old, I conquered that fear and made a  d e l i c i o u s dinner.

Thanks for the many many birthday wishes. I am so spoiled to have such wonderful friends and family in my life. I appreciate and love you all dearly. A big shout out to my cute mom who surprised me with a furnished AND decorated apartment. A second shout out to my darling roommates who bought me my very first Anthropologie dish item. (See photo above) Love you allllllllllllllllll!

i might be a genius.

i am not a writer (are you shocked!) and as much as i love this little blog of mine, i do not slave away here trying to become the next nienie or naomi. i simply type and push "PUBLISH POST" so with that said i do apologize for the numerous misspelling and grammar problems that mi Madre pointed out to me. i may not be a writer but i promise i do have a brain, it just peaces out as soon as i hit blogger.com

I went through pictures on my family's computer (the old computer I used before college) and found so many funny old pictures that I had completely forgotten about. I need to seriously sit down and print off a hundred pictures. I took the above photos just out of curiosity/bordem and then BAM. The way I saw photos and photography changed. They aren't anything special but something about capturing those images inspired me.
